We were very impressed with their professionalism. From the quotation process through to completion, we were very satisfied with quality of the results. Even though this is a messy job, the cleanup each day was so good there was little evidence of the work in progress. Craig's extra effort to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction was admirable. Starting from the initial quote – which Craig forwarded to us within a matter of hours, once he received the images from a satellite program that he uses – everything was timely and professional. Moreover, the final invoice was a bit less than the quote because they didn’t use quite as much product as expected. Wow! When does that ever happen? We were also impressed with the fact that Sure West Roofing is covered by WCB and that the team clearly follows safety procedures, including the use of safety harnesses. It was an important consideration for us, as the last thing that we wanted was for an accident to occur on our premises. Finally, while they were onsite, Craig kept us updated on their progress and always checked to see if there was anything that he or his team could do to make our experience as comfortable as possible. In short, we can’t think of a single thing that they could have done better and can confidently recommend Craig and his team for your roofing needs

If you didn't know it was there previously, you'd never know it had existed at all. They're extremely friendly and very easy to work with.
