He explained thoroughly of the situation and even went to put it in layman's terms so that we can understand. Also, he seemed genuine and was very honest, which is a quality that I put above the rest. He even used his snow blower to blow our sidewalk off before leaving. This was a very nice gesture on their end, the small things that speaks volumes.
I would highly recommend No Payne roofing and especially ask for Brandon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brandon from No Payne Roofing was absolutely fantastic! Him and his crew were working on my neighbor's roof and attic, so I asked them to have a look at my side of the roof, since it was a shared roof in a townhouse complex.
They took a very close look, took photos and videos, and pointed out the areas that required attention. Brandon also promised a quick patch-up job until the proper repairs can be conducted. All this completely free of charge, just to ensure the client satisfaction. Such refreshing level of professionalism and conscientiousness! Cheers and thank you lads!

Figured out quickly the issue and why, took pictures of the issues to show me and we discussed the solution…. Brandon from No Payne inspected my roof and did the work to upgrade my attic ventilation and add more insulation, hopefully this corrects the issue. Brandon was on time, professional, friendly and is very knowledgeable with regards to our issue. He thoroughly explained the situation and seemed very genuine and honest. He even used his snow blower to clean our sidewalks before leaving, which I thought was a very nice gesture.
I would highly recommend No Payne roofing. Thanks to Brandon and his helper for getting the work done as it was very cold the day they came to do the work.
