s	scosh mcdrunken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to see if they had any 500 Foremans on the floor and they said they did so I told them I was coming to look at it the next day, when I got there I was ignored by the one staff that was there even though the store was empty. I had to move a bunch of crap they had piled on it to look at it ( as the staff member watched) and when I asked if I could have the key to start it up he said no, the only thing worse than this guys customer service skills were his manners. I drove to RENTCO in Peace River and they had the exact same model, 30 minutes later I owned it.
T	Timber King Outfitting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This story started with a 6x6 quad upside down in a river..... it was there overnight in the river. I had purchased a machine from Darian the year prior and he had also worked on my pioneer. This time he had a waterlogged can am of mine to deal with.... yes ... a can am. He mainly deals with Honda and didn’t hesitate for a second to dive into my problem. Thankfully he did, as I was told I probably have a bent rod by a can am dealer north of him before they even looked at it. Darian and his crew dove into it and had it fixed in short order. Why do I like these guys? I like them because it’s hard to find honest people in today’s world, it’s hard to find a person that refrains from his/hers opinion. These guys aren’t opinionated they diligently dove into the issue and refrained from answering with speculation. They answered with I’m unsure until they were sure and bent over backwards for me the customer. I have a 35 min drive to them vs a 3 min drive to the local dealer and it’s worth the extra time to take it to cycle west. I won’t deal with anyone else. Rock solid people and service. The biggest shock was a call 20 min after they closed, just to go over what his crew had found that day. He said he was having a beer in the shop discussing the days work. This to me represents a person that cares about his crew, shop and business enough to hang out there after hours. Good on these guys for their passion and integrity rather than the clock in late and out early world we live in.
