We purchased a bathroom vanity from Lowes last year and only opened it from packaging recently for our installers to put it in. Unfortunately a couple doors on the vanity had a scratch and were bent and Lowe’s (where we purchased from) wasn’t able to do anything for us but they told us to contact the Cutler Group. We explained our unique situation to Sukhi who was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. She arranged for 2 new doors for us at no charge and we were able to pick them up. Aside from having a great experience dealing with Sukhi, we had a sneak peek at the manufacturing/showroom side of the headquarters and it was as massive as it was pristine. The employees all seem very content to work there and everyone was very friendly, which is quite a rare thing to find nowadays. Thank you guys for your top notch service and courtesy!

If I could give them ziro definitely I did. I bought a vanity around 4 weeks ago. I have a email confirmation that they told me your vanity will be ready on Agu 13th. Their email is attached. So , I called to my plumber to coming on that day. Before he came I called them for pick it up and a lady who was in showroom and they called Betty told me your vanity is not ready , it’s so funny because I didn’t get and they they didn’t say your vanity is not ready. I asked her why you didn’t call me or send an email? I have to pay my plumber because he came here with his helper but my vanity is not ready. Unfortunately when I got my vanity is not ready I called him to cancel it but he was in front of my house door. When I asked Betty that what I have to do and please send your manager’s phone number to me she argued with me that why you paid and laughing on me. In my opinion they don’t have any responsibility and they don’t have any customer service. When you go there they are so nice but after your purchase they will change and maybe if you call them after your shopping they dont have any responsibility, response to your email and when you talked with Betty, she will be so so rude. I wast my money and time. They are super unprofessional. I am so frustrated. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Go with a different company! Our cabinets have been delayed 2 months. Delayed 3 times already and I don't trust we will even get them. No faith in this company or their customer service. We are without a kitchen and there has been no attempt at compensation. They could at least cover the shipping charge.

Vanity was missing euro screws to hold drawer rollers in place, instructions are terrible. Contacted Cutler for missing parts, was told to email them and they would get back to me with a missing parts list, I emailed a week ago, still no response. So my bathroom reno is complete except the vanity. Terrible service. Vanity looks good but not worth $900. Will not be buying anything built by Cutler in the future.
