From designing the pins, to approving proofs and communicating progress, they made it all so easy. The best part was that the package arrived ON TIME! In a world where excuses abound, they kept true to the very first time estimate. We received our pins yesterday and they are even better than we expected; the only complaint from the players was that we should have purchased more!! We will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you :)

Communication was very direct, and quick in response. Also, I chose the 18 day delivery, but it came a few days earlier than expected so that’s a bonus! Highly recommend this company for custom pins!

First of all, the communication exchanged between the service provider and I was so on point, I am literally beyond impressed with how fast the communication was. I'd get a reply the next day. Secondly, the order and shipping was so fast. Although it took about a month, because of the on-going communication to make sure everything was fine, I felt like my questions and concerns were answered. The day I got the tracking number was also the day I've received the package. The pins came out better than I have imagined. If I could give Sunny and the company 100 stars, I would! Thank you so much for being so accommodating!

The price was very affordable compared to other manufacturers and they were very quick responding to our emails and phone calls (although our first order got lost in the spam folder, so be sure to check that!). They were very helpful finalizing the design and we were very pleased with the pins we received. They arrived a few days late but other than that I highly recommend this business. And Cathy was lovely to work with, very helpful!

Easier than expected being my first time ordering customs pins and all. I sent her my specifications and within a timely fashion I had my mock up and invoice ready! The pin itself looks amazing I couldn’t be any happier with my results.
J	Joshua Spencer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had reservations about going the custom route but I'm glad that I did. Soft enamel custom is an order of magnitude better than a printed or sticker label prize. Feels like a real medal not just a cheesy prize. I was shy at first, but my athletes deserve the better award. Their obviously a Chinese outfit, but local outfits simply can't compete on price (like, it's not even reasonable to get just 3 custom medals American made if they'll take the job at all). My sales rep, Fanny, got back to me very promptly with artwork and quote adjustments and was really easy to work with. Just be prepared to correspond with your sales coordinator for a few days/a few email cycles because they are most likely going to get back to you while you sleep due to the time difference. Well worth the 2-3 days patience on the quote/proof/invoice process though.
