★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Talk the talk, walk the walk." In my 40+ years in the healthcare field, I have learned a discouraging reality - - many "experts" cannot both talk and walk their area of expertise. I have been delighted to discover, first-hand, that the professionals who comprise Custom Learning Systems regularly execute these twin functions when interacting with others - - especially their clients. As the CEO of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in central Indiana, we are finishing our first year in incorporating the Service Excellence Program taught by CLS. Throughout this past year, including the Annual CLS Conference, I have been repeatedly impressed with: (1) the comprehensive, well-integrated nature of the concepts and processes that comprise Service Excellence, (2) the deep understanding their consultants have of an organization's response to the changes that comprise Service Excellence, and (3) CLS' profound commitment to building win-win relationships with their client companies, especially the leadership of those companies. Talk the talk, walk the walk - - YES, when it comes to effectively inspiring organizational change, the professionals at CLS are clearly leaders in their field.
