★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a special ribbon cable for a medical device so as to make it comfortable to use.
I called Custom cable and spoke to Salim, he told me to go there and he will see if he can make this one-of-A-kind ribbon cable.
My wife and I went there and showed Salim what we needed and he said his company can make it for us (It is actually for our son who suffered a severe traumatic brain injury)
Salim called me today to pick it up and he refused payment for cable as it was a medical request.
We have just used it for the very first time and not only was the cable made with high quality connectors but it worked perfectly.
Frankly I was dumbfounded by Salim as very few companies and people would put in the time and donate the components for free.
Salim you and your company are exemplary and have helped an individual you never met.
My son is very appreciative and so are we.
