★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them up on a Thursday because my snowblower wouldn't start. Spoke to Becky. She's a sweety. Her husband, Bill drove to Clarence, picked up my snowblower, had it fixed and returned within 2 days!! Just in time for the big 45cm snow srorm this past week. Ran like a charm. Wish I could have chosen 6 stars! Thanks Bill and Becky. I would highly recommend Cumberland Power Equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping for a lawn tractor at big box stores when my wife told me that Cumberland Power Equipment was highly recommended on a Cumberland Facebook group. I decided to pay them a visit, and im glad I did. The knowledge and customer service that was provided was on another level compared to that of the big box stores. I ended up leaving with a brand new CC XT2 and i couldn't be happier. Thank you Bill and Becky. I will be back for some accessories very soon. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them up because my snowblower wouldn't go in gear, had this problem in the past. Bill picked up my snowblower, had it fixed and returned within 2 hours squeezing me in before a major storm that was expected! I am a Cumberland resident and so grateful to have such an efficient and professional repair shop in our small village … Thanks Becky and Bill and I would highly recommend Cumberland Power Equipment.

Although, they might have 'lost' a new blower sale, eventually this machine will fail - and I will be going to them for a new blower. Thank you to Bill and Becky for your help. Dave

Becky was awesome in understanding us and making sure all of our questions were answered. No rushing us and no pressure sale. We looked a few other places and returned to make the purchase. It's clear they love what they do!
