★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed: came in with S&S and asked BEFORE they touched my nails if they knew how to remove it- was told yes, answer was NO. She tried multiple times to drill it off even though I said normally it is soaked off with acetone. Then she used alcohol instead of acetone, and continued to try and drill it off, at one point hitting an imperfection in my nail which hurt so bad she had to stop (apologizing profusely) for several moments. After finally listening to me and allowing me to soak the rest off with acetone and a towel (they had no sponges), I received the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. My entire left hand is longer than my right, and the nails are so thin that they bend in half (horizontally) whenever I touch ANYTHING. To top it off, the pedicure I got has left me with a broken toe nail (something my friend said happened to her last time she was here).
They seem professional but I can assure you, the service is not consistent, nor is the quality. I feel cheated that I came here after seeing the amazing work on their Instagram and receiving such a terrible manicure and pedicure.
Will NEVER be coming back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the salon twice already and I left unsatisfied, they never put oil on my cuticle, nail gel left on my skin. The second time i went was to remove the gel. For a nail technician she had trouble removing it, keep drilling it but not leaving it soak, left my nail thinner then before. Their technique wasn't done properly at all, left my natural nail thin and fragile. My natural nail are pretty strong and it took seven months to grow them back stronger, their stations are never clean always cluttered there's only 4 station to dry by UV light stations. The price is 50$ by cash but they put taxes if you pay with interact i had to pay 60$, I don't know what salon function. DONT RECOMMEND. Do yourself a favor spare your nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was recommended to me by a friend. She advised that I call before going because they are always pretty booked. I called and Mr. Tony picked up. I asked if they were available for an appointment today and he asked me, very rudely, who was speaking. I then reiterated my question. He said there was no more space today and he hung up. Without even letting me speak.
Although I cannot speak of their skills nor of their work, as a potential new client, the first contact I got with this salon is very dissatisfying and unprofessional.
