J'ai fait part de mes spécifications générales et Microcomp m'ont fait une proposition de composantes spécifiques. C'était un défi en ces temps de rupture de stock de plusieurs composantes chez les fournisseurs. Malgré cela, Microcomp m'a fourni un super ordi dans un délai court tout en m'informant au fur et à mesure du processus. L'ordi fonctionne à merveille. On m'a même appelé après la livraison pour vérifier que tout était ok. Super service !
I bought a custom-made computer from Microcomp for my needs in massive data processing and deep learning. I shared my general specifications and Microcomp made me a proposal for specific components. It was a challenge in these times of out of stock of several components at suppliers. Despite this, Microcomp provided me with a great computer in a short time while keeping me informed as the process progressed. The order works wonderfully. They even called me after delivery to check that everything was ok. Great service!
