★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claudio & his team at Multi-Prets exceeded our expectations. Claudio explained exactly what we needed in order to proceed to avoid hassles. We thought because of our previous “specialist” encounters that we would never get any approval! Not with Claudio he looked over our file, he was honest and kept everything conservative. Later only to find out we were able to get more than we asked for! If you follow what he asks the transaction is smooth! Our transaction went smooth & quick!
- For any future home buyers I would definitely consider that you sit with Claudio or any member on his team for advice!

I thought i was getting a good service , but quite frankly i just didnt know any better .Just before my recent renewal a friend of mine suggested a mortgage broker with Multi-Prets by the name of Claudio Nirchi . I went to see him and realised right after our first meeting that I was being under serviced and over charged by my bank . I immediatly transfered to Multi -Prets knowing that I be would taken care of and not being taken advantage of .
Claudio , thank for showing me how I can pay off my mortgage faster and the time you took to look around for a mortgage that fits me needs!!!

Massimo is extremely knowledgeable about the lenders and products that Multi-Prêts works with, and we're confident that with his help we got the absolute best rate from the lender that we wanted. When we approached Massimo we were total beginners in the real estate market, but he took the time to explain all our options and answer any questions that we had. He is prompt and professional in answering phone calls and emails, which is so important as many steps of the mortgage process are time-sensitive. But most importantly, he was kind and personable to work with - we knew that he cared about us as clients and he always went the extra step (even visiting us in-home when we had a newborn baby!) to make sure that we were taken care of. We highly recommend his services to anyone looking to finance a new home, especially first-time homebuyers.
