The young man whose name we dont know repaired our windshield very quickly last minute notice and was appreciated.

My car was picked up from my local Chrysler dealer, repaired, cleaned, and returned to my local Chrysler dealer within the estimated time they provided.
My car looks brand new and was delivered exactly as planned with stellar customer service. I couldn't ask for better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to CSN because they are an approved repairer for our insurance carrier. Our vehicle was in an accident and one side was extensively damaged. From the moment I met Bob Steed I felt confident that he would take care of everything. He was welcoming, friendly and professional. He made the process so easy. He just handed me the keys to a replacement vehicle and assured me he would handle everything. When the repairs were completed our car looked better than brand new. The vehicle was fully detailed inside and out. I was later shocked when the first time I lifted the hood i found even the engine had been shampooed. Honorable mention goes to Ron who also answered my questions and later took the vehicle for a test ride to ensure the front end suspension was in good order. I was so impressed with the quality of their service I took my van to them for some rust removal and painting. I highly recommend this shop. They provided the best vehicle service I have ever received. Just like old time service.
