We switched from oil heat to propane this past fall (2021) and at the same time, based upon recommendations from our heating installer they suggested Levac, so we switched over from Ultramar. What an absolutely terrible decision on my part. We had to constantly call the sales rep for our area just to get the required paperwork to switch over. Then we ran out of propane 3 days before Christmas and this would have been the first fill up after the initial delivery. Now it's January during a very cold week, we called them almost a week ago to let them know we had less than 25% left in our tanks and required a delivery, so they created a "ticket" to let the delivery driver know.. It's now 5 days later and we have one empty tank and the second one is at just under 15% with nighttime temperatures hovering around -27C. After speaking to some of our friends and family who also use Levac, we learned they run into the same issue of only getting deliveries right before they run out and some of them have also run out as well. I've had enough and am now making calls to switch back to Ultramar. Levac might have the cheapest propane around but that cheap rpice also comes with cheap service, don't make the same mistake as me. Buyer Beware!!!!!

We switched over from another provider, LeVac went above and beyond to make it a smooth transition and install our new tank!!! They were kind, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

I had two tanks to fill so I stopped by in the morning and was told there was nobody to fill them but I could leave them there, pay for them and pick them up between 4pm and 5pm. Did this once then tried it again. The next time I left the tanks there but when I showed up and 4:45pm they still hadn't been filled. I was then asked to prove I had paid to have them filled, which I did. But what is the point of paying for them in advance if I am going to have to go in the office to prove I have paid for them and still have to wait around to pick them up. I got the impression they really didn't want to bother with refilling tanks.

I called Levac and they came that afternoon f a site inspection and I had 2 new tanks installed the next morning, with a remote monitoring system. I was in a tough spot, not having any heat, and Glen from Levac pulled through in short notice. That's fantastic service. I highly recommend these guys.

I put a propane Fire Stove in my home and I called Levac Propane in Perth to provide my propane. They were so prompt. Just days later a very nice gentleman came to my home to view the site and advise what would be needed. It wasn't long after that my tank was installed and the line run. I am older and live alone so it's not always easy to get things done. They put the tank behind my home and even provided me with a monitor that tells me and them when my tank reaches a certain level and needs a refill. I was worried I was going to have to tromp though deep snow on a regular basis to make sure I didn't run out. I have never had to wait or worry I was too low. There will not be a time that you would call the office and feel put out. The girls in the office are educated on the product, so polite to the point of outright friendly. If I were to recommend a company to anyone in the delivery area for propane, I would highly recommend Levac. You will not find a more professional but family oriented business out there. Don't look any farther, Levac is the answer. I cannot promote them enough. Wonderful team.

The service has been swift, professional and impeccable. And the ladies in the office have made our experience even easier and more pleasant. A round of coffee and doughnuts every Friday from the boss for keeping the office running smoothly, should be implemented. ;)
