★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best auto body shop in town by far, they have over 12 bays that they can be working on your cars in, spray booths, and mechanical bays with lifts, the people here are amazing. And the rates are super competitive especially considering the standard of work they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My insurance got me petes auto body for my suv and they were very helpful friendly even got the rental for me so I wasn't without but the area they fixed the bumper is slowly coming back out not sure what happened but they did a great job just the bumper is coming out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opted to take my severely damaged car (roof, windshield) to Pete’s instead of my Volvo specialist, as Pete’s CSN (Collision Solutions Network) is a preferred provider of my insurer who guarantees the work for as long as I own the car. Was contacted by Pete’s within minutes of hanging up with the insurance claims department. Intake staff was so professional and friendly (and sympathetic - unlike my insurer) from the very start. Received a detailed Estimate for my insurer’s approval within less than 24 hours. Dealt with same Estimator (D.) throughout entire process, absolutely first class level of service and pro-active communication, not to mention patience in response to all my questions/concerns. In the end work was done beautifully, paint seamlessly matched and only Carfax would know the car had previously suffered major damage. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a minor fender bender about two weeks ago during our massive snow storm and heard good things about Pete's. They were located just a few blocks from my home so I went there. They assessed the situation and told me it was just a bracket but to be sure they would not know 100% until the day of repair. So they gave me a date which literally was just yesterday and I brought my car to them the night before and everything was fixed good as new or even better. Now I have heard horror stories about some of these fly by night auto body shops that "surprise" find other things to inflate the bill. This company is NOT on of those. It was just a bracket and the bill for the repair was extremeley fair. Now here is the surprise. when I picked up my car they had not only washed it but cleaned the inside as well. Old fashioned service the way things should be. Thank you and Bravo Pete's I wish I could give you a 10 plus.
