Though the circumstances leading to these meetings were unfortunate, I am glad to report I had a very positive experience with their team. I found their entire staff to be very helpful, often going out of their way to make things easier and more pleasant for myself. I felt very well cared for as a customer and appreciate that they went above and beyond to make this as positive an experience as possible. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing with the ease of settling my accident's consequential damage with CSN Ladner Auto Body Ltd. Miguel is very experienced in estimating the cost of the damage and helped me decide whether or not to go through insurance. They even beat their estimated time of completion by 2 days, so I was happy to have my car back earlier than expected. The worksmanship is on point, I was very happy with the quality of repair on the vehicle. I was also very grateful to have a courtesy vehicle while the vehicle was being repaired, free of charge. It really helps a lot being a full time international student on a limited allowance. Would definitely recommend them to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workmen ship is masterful! A student driver dented my vehicle bumper. Now it's perfect.❗2 years later, I returned my van to have the side mirror replaced. Honda informed me that the piece was on back order from Japan for 30 days or more. CSN Ladner Auto Body, replaced and installed a new one within 3 days. They also had a service car for me to use. When I picked up my van and did final walk around they pointed out tiny improvements that make all the difference, at no extra charge! Thanks guys.

Body work was done promptly and professionally, and only the necessary work was completed. The vehicle was cleaned inside and out before it was returned. Highly recommended.
