They do the little extras, like setting up a rental for me, and letting the rental company know when £ returned their vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very honest bodyshop, I will definitely bring my vehicles here in the event of a collision. They inspected my bumper after a very minor incident where the worst damage was a cracked licence plate cover, and assured me that the scuffed paint wouldn't be an issue and that the bumper did not require repair. It gave me great peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely happy with the high quality of work which definitely exceeded my expectations. Very professional and friendly staff (I dealt with Jeff and Ron). I felt like I was taken care of throughout the whole process which was very simple, straightforward and fast - Overall, great communication and the attached Enterprise car-rental service is awesome.
I've attached the before and after photos and the work is absolutely flawless. Looks better in real life. On picking up the vehicle, it was washed and cleaned inside and out. It actually looked like I had just bought it new from the dealer.
Of note, the weekend following the repairs, which included a bumper replacement, I had travelled to Montreal and someone side swiped by bumper causing superficial scratches. CSN Autotrend repaired them free of charge! Good as new!. Amazing service. Highly recommended to everyone or anyone who requires their vehicle to be repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hit on the back quarter panel of my truck, from about 5 feet away the repair looks great. Up close there is blemishes in the clear coat and they never repaired the broken exhaust. I did not see it at first and now do not have a way to go back through insurance
