Was called by Andy for a surprise arrival of the Battery, got the car in the same day, and it was done the next day, they gave me a nice loaner, no charge for the gas, and even washed my car!!! Thanks for the team of techs and service managers at McCurdy's. A Special shout out to Andy Carr. Great job. No issues with the new pack and I can see the difference in capacity right away! My 2019 now has the same range as a 2021. Love it!

While I was there I asked if they could do an oil change as well. I was in right away and waited for it to be ready. About an hour and a half. Waiting room and washroom were very clean and chairs were spaced out. Free coffee. My truck was sanitized and the bill was less than I thought. Very happy and would highly recommend McCurdys
