Have to have rear end repaired in dent and paint, come across to terry by searching around, everything was done professionally. I am impressed with his skill and knowledge on cars. The price also very reasonable, way to go, terry!!!

My first experience with Legacy Collision was great. They provided very profession service. The dent repairs and paint job made our 2012 car look like brand new. Would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Terry for such wonderful service.

We were looking for a quote on a few scratches on the car. Instead of leaving with a large quote, the lady made sure there was not serious damage and told us to purchase a paint pen . Super service and will be taking future business there.

Paid 2300 for work that wasn't well blended, drips and other issues. Not only that but Terry kept my car for 6 weeks to do the job saying that he kept getting "insurance jobs" and he didn't have time. Poor customer service and lack of care for his work. I won't be going here again and will go out of my way to steer others clear.

Having never needed body work on my car I was apprehensive about finding the right shop. I stopped by Legacy Collision Center and Terry was friendly and knowledgable. He provided me a written quote which I was pleasantly surprised by the low cost of the estimate and booked me in for a future date. On that date he was ready for me, completed the work as planned and the final charge was exactly as estimated in the initial quote. I was impressed by the quality of the work, my vehicle looks like new! Terry even dropped me off at home and picked me up again when my vehicle was ready. I could not have been happier and will certainly look to Legacy Collision Centre for any future auto body needs.

Nightmare experience at Legacy Collision. They destroyed the bed of my truck. I brought my 1972 Chevy truck here for some frame repair. The job was supposed to take one week. Every time I called for over a month, Terry told me it should be done next week. I waited patiently while it ended up taking 2 and a half months to complete the job. When I went to pick up the truck, I was shocked at what I saw. In order to remove the bed to fix the frame, the bolts were hacked out from the top by a chisel and a cut off wheel. My bed was in great shape before, the holes used to be square to accept a carriage bolt. Now every single mounting hole in the bed is completely destroyed. There are various ways the bolts could have easily been removed from underneath with no damage at all. After destroying the mounting holes, he stuck the wrong size bolt back in with a huge washer to try and cover up the damaged areas. There was other damage done to the truck as well, such as multiple new dents and scratches on the bed and cab of the truck. Both lower cab corners are all scratched up. The actual frame repair its self was quickly and very poorly welded together. Terry did not take the time to remove the mufflers as I had instructed. Bolts installed were of different lengths with some so short that the nut was barely threaded on. None of this is what you should expect from a professional shop. I contacted Terry right away about the damage, and he said he would repair the issues. However, it is now over 3 months later and I have heard nothing more from him. Terry continues to take on new jobs instead of fixing the damage he did to my truck. He clearly doesn't care about his customers or his work. I thought I could trust Legacy to do quality work on my vehicle, however my truck came back in far worse condition than when I dropped it off. My experience with Legacy Collision has been a giant waste of time and money. If you expect quality workmanship in a reasonable time frame, chose any other local shop but this one.

GREAT service and they know what they're doing. I was in Trenton for work so my time there was limited, but I needed my fender and trim fixed asap. Terry took care of me and my car like we were family. He improved a solution for me and it WORKED. The next time I need body work done, I will be going here. THIS is a place that I trust and I recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and effective body shop.
