★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Abraham Hum at CSA physiotherapy! I suffered a broken ankle and bad sprain in the spring and was anxious to get my independence back and to start some of my favorite sports along with playing agility with my dog. He was very positive and encouraging and I really felt like I had someone who genuinely cared about my goals. He was able to tailor specific exercises for me which helped not only gaining strength, flexibility and balance, but also able to increase the power and agility so I could do all my favorite things. Thanks so much Abraham - appreciate your encouragement and positive attitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at the center has been great. The warm and friendly welcome at the front desk is very positive. Hetal has been very patient , gentle and professional. She was so clear and detailed with every exercise and demonstrated before asking me to do any. Her treatment plan helped me immensely and i will certainly recommend her and this place to friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While cycling in December, I had a freak fall, breaking my ankle on both sides and dislocating my foot. Surgery and "fixation" was required with screws installed on both sides and a metal plate on one side. Not good!
I started working with Hetal as soon as the cast was removed. Her attention to my situation was precise and professional. Her instructions for the various rehab exercises were always clear. She understood my objectives and the outcome I wanted which was to resume my usual activities.
As things improved new exercises were added and some were removed. New ones were always supported with short demonstration videos, emailed to me following their introduction. This is an important thing to remember and was a big help any time I needed to make sure I was doing things correctly immediately following their introduction. I did my part and followed Hetal's guidance and instruction. Progress was made quickly! I'm very grateful to Hetal and feel fortunate that I selected her. Reception at the front end was always courteous and making successive appointments was straightforward. I strongly recommend CSA South Edmonton, and especially Hetal. "Thank You"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I'm really disappoint. Maybe because I was paid by Alberta Heath I was treated very lightly. For 20 -25 minutes appointment 10 minutes took warm compress. On top of it my last appointment was canceled 1 hour before when i already left my home and came to CSA for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I booked the appointment I was told 3 appointments are covered by AHS. At the first assessment appointment therapist said AHS will cover 2 more appointment.
After my second appointment I received a call telling me in an accusing tone that that I left without paying.
I explained that I did not stop at the desk on my way out because I was told first three appointments were covered by AHS.
Then I was told that my treatment was not approved and I have to pay. No one had explained to me about this approval process at the time of booking or during the therapy sessions.
I felt harassed, humiliated and embarrassed by this experience. No one has to be treated the way. Very unprofessional.
I have been to this clinic several years back and had no issues. Very bad experience this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to CSA South after a MVA which left me with aggravated shoulder and neck pain. Abraham was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient while treating me for three months. He worked with my schedule in terms of how frequently I was able to do exercises at home and he brought me back to the baseline I was at before my accident. He was sociable and fun to talk to which made physio feel less like work. I have nothing but positive things to say about Abraham and the clinic. Thanks again!

They customized the treatment plan according to my needs and I felt like my feedback/concerns were taken seriously. Scheduling is pretty flexible if you do need to rebook and the facility is nice and kept very clean. I would recommend this location to people I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a full RTC Repair Sept 1.2021. My physiotherapist is was Abraham Hum at this location and he was fantastic . I’m 7 months PO and about 95% healed. Recovery is up to 18 months. The location is great, their efficient and know their stuff. Abraham is very attentive to the care you need and keeps you on path for recovery. He’s truthful and tells ya how it is. The entire staff is great and welcoming. Their hours are good and lots can also be done online for treatment.
