D	Diane Proulx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's see. Told to keep in down while laughing and talking at 4pm in the afternoon my friend was told to keep it down as someone might be napping?!?!? The woman who runs it was not any nicer as the day went on. Imagine two older women in their 50's sitting just outside their Crystal Springs Motel room talking about the properties that they had sent that day and were going to see the next were told just before 11 pm that they had to go into their rooms. What???? Pay for a room, talking on the chairs provided outside their door and told when it was time to go to bed!!!!! There are a couple of nice camping spaces along with the motel, but really, who wants to pay to stay at a place by someone who doesn't seem to like people goes out of their way to make their stay miserable. Sort of like having a nice restaurant, good food, lousy waitress. Hard to remember the food and ambiance after being told "you're in Hicksville now, deal with it". Oh ya and also as for buying property up here, you shouldn't!!!! C'est what?!?!??
M	MC L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wifi does not work at all. Rooms are damp and humid, no shampoo, body wash or lotions provided. Only a soap bar. The towels are great fluffy, the bathroom especially the tub needs to be replaced or renovated as the caulking is black and pealing in the corners. Room is clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice and sweet.
S	Sandra Cook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience here and we would never even consider staying here ever! We pulled over as the kids needed a minute to stretch their legs from a long drive. There was only one car in the parking lot and she came out immediately. We said that we were just stopping for a minute and she was very rude and told us that it's not a rest stop. So we said okay and started getting the kids in their car seats. She came out 30 seconds later telling us we had to leave. We said that we can't leave without putting the kids in their car seats and that we were working on it. She was very rude and screaming at us even though we were clearly trying to leave. So rude and inconsiderate! The way she spoke to us was disgusting! I know that we weren't customers of her but we weren't doing anything wrong and there was no one there. We will never consider staying there!
S	Scott McGarry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome little campground 15 minutes from town and 15 minutes from lions head. Sites were large enough for 2-4 8-man tents. Tap and power outlet on site with flushing septic washroom facilities located within the grounds. A hot shower is possible if you want. We were greeted by the owners who also gave up some local secret spots for swimming, hiking, and pictures with little to no tourism.
