★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them zero stars, but it won’t allow me to. I wasn’t even having work done by them, they were replacing a window at the Ponoka 7/11. They were double parked, and on the way in, I asked them if they really needed two parking spaces. I didn’t know if it was a space thing or what, but the snotty reply was, “Do YOU want to replace the window?” This is not only disrespectful, but it is unprofessional. If this is how the employees respond to a simple question, I will not be using Crystal Glass Ponoka in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had them repair a chip in my window. I went in without an appointment and they were finished within 15 mins. Very friendly staff. My roommate has the windshield of his truck replaced here and had quick quality service as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the past they have been very good, but the last year or two I've tried to get a window for my motorhome, my excursion and a mirror for my excursion. I've asked several times and they don't get back to me anymore. In the past it was quick and the work was good. Not sure what happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! What fantastic service. We called Crystal Glass late on Friday night and they were able to both order the window and get our van fixed by Tuesday morning at 8:30. We are very happy with Derek Lacroix's work on our van. It looks as good as new. Thank you Derek!
