I can only give a 1 star because of the horrible front end staff, they have one girl that has short hair and is butch she has a horrible attitude any time I have talk to her either on the phone or in person. Sharmane who has worked at the clinic since I can remember also has a horrible attitude, when ever I come in for walk in they call up people with babies first when I am always first in line, anytime I have brought my daughter in I have had to fight to get to the front of the line so we are not waiting for hours to see a doctor! The doctors at the clinic are good but the front end staff do not know how to deal with people and should get some training! Phone lines are always impossible to get through to and they refuse to do a first come first served walk in! Most of the time I go to Lacombe for walk in because at least if you’re first in line you are first to be called! And when I expressed my dissatisfaction with how the walk in works I was pushed to the back of the line when I was first at the counter

I called and booked an appointment for 1:30, showed up at 1:15 . After 40 minutes watching people come and go and be seen after arriving after me . I got up and asked the lady's at the desk if I was forgotten about. They acted like it the doctor wasn't ready yet. Then as soon as I'm called back literally 2 minutes later the lady tells me it took so long because They didn't even let anyone know I arrived for my appointment , I sat for an hour . They SAW me sitting there for an hour , and did nothing until I asked. This one star was earned by the receptionists not the doctors.

Absolutely terrible. Rude. No respect for anyone's time or personal lives. A nurse booked me for a Monday 730 am appointment a month in advance. I drove from out of town and when I arrived I was told the doctor was on a flight traveling. I was made to feel it was somehow my fault for their scheduling problems. Why was I not notified a head of time that my appointmenthad been canceled? Very disappointed with the treatment from the staff here.

Thus location is a joke this is were my family doctor is based out of. He as a doc is great but the rest of the organization is a joke. Walk in appointments are from 1-5 . I walk in at 2 pm and the lobby is less then 25% full and they tell me there full for the day. This is not the first time I've had this same result. I sure hope this gets delt with. They put a lot of monies in to a new clinic and the service is worse then b4. If I could give 0 stars i would So I write this second paragraph after 4 more years and I've now gone through 3 family doctors in the last year at this location. This is getting pathetic. The website hasn't been updated in 2 years and can't even get in to see a doctor. Have to wait 2 months for family doctors consult. Shame I am leaving my health deserves better. ?

Terrible service, no doctor open for new clients, have to walk in at 9 and hope for the best. Having to repeat what's wrong with you every time. I have had a sprained finger since before Christmas still not fixed and an arm injury nearly a year old that still hasn't been figured out by any of the doctors they have. The system they have is a revolving door that has no connection to their clients no feeling of being looked after here.

Front end staff was very rude to me, and didn’t give me a good experience. I have called twice in one day waiting over an hour each time and they still haven’t picked up when I need to talk to my doctor. My doctor at the clinic is amazing but when I can’t get ahold of the clinic it is not nice.

I've had a great experience with everyone at the clinic from front staff, nurses, and different doctors. I had my prenatal care here and everyone was wonderful and made me feel very well taken care of and safe. I've also made use of the "walk in" clinic that is now a "phone in" and have loved it. Very convenient to be able to get a phone call with a doctor that day and if I've needed to come in for treatment they've been able to get me in that day or book me in the next couple of days. Front end staff have always been welcoming and waiting room is nicely laid out.
