About Crystal Glass Canada Ltd
Crystal Glass guarantees the seal on your auto glass installation for as long as you own the vehicle, with the exception of leaking due to body deterioration. Furthermore, Crystal Glass will warranty the windshield against pressure cracks (breakage for no apparent reason) and distortion for a period of 30 days. There is no warranty on tempered parts.
Crystal Glass guarantees all windshield repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. If the windshield cracks from the repaired area, Crystal Glass will deduct the original cost of rock chip repair from the new windshield replacement cost. In the event a new windshield replacement is necessary, the insured must pay the deductible portion of their insurance.

A rock hit my windshield on the way home and it was 4:30p, I drove right to them and asked what could be done, fully knowing they were closing at 5 they had no hesitation to fix the chip right away. Looks amazing, you can barely see the chip. Super friendly, helpful and highly recommend!

Customer service at this shop was prompt, polite, reliable, highly professional and the quote for the work seemed very fair and reasonable. They completed two work orders for us - six foot dressing mirrors for a double door wall cabinet - and a tricky custom shower door fabrication. The work was completed in a timely fashion, competitively priced, and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Kerri was extremely helpful when it came to the shower door installation - the ultimate product fit perfectly and is a beautiful addition to our home. This business is very well run and Kerri and his team take great pride in the services that they offer. Moving forward for any glass needs - our decision to do more business with them will be crystal clear!!

The technicians were absolutely professional, and were an absolute blast to have working on my truck. The front staff went above and beyond. If you need windshield replacement or chip repair or crack repair this is the place to go. Would recommend hands down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On New Years eve i was driving up to Cranbrook from Creston with my friend and 4 children in my truck, when my drivers side passenger window blew out! I called ahead and was told that even though they were closing at noon the manager would stay and help me. I got to Crystal Glass and he ushered us all inside to stay warm and play with his dog. They cleaned it out and sealed it with windowseal. When I asked how much I owed, he simply said "have a happy new year!" Thank you for being the best kind of person! I would highly recommend for anyone looking to have their glass done.
