★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On all companies delay policy, there a tolerance margin for some minutes, but the company penalize their employees by removing 15 mn from the paid time (minimal wage) for 1 minutes or 2 minutes delay ! It obviously an extreme abuse ! Worst when we think that you worked the remaining time 14 or 13 mn and they don’t pay you !
They are abusing the employees, specially those coming from the agency.
