★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faites bien attention à la commande... la moindre erreur vous coutera cher puisque l’entreprise n’applique pas sa politique de retour tel que décrit sur son site web. J'ai commandé par erreur des luminaires beaucoup trop gros et j'ai suivi les instructions pour l'échange. En payant les frais de restockage de 25%, j'ai assumé que ma facture serait revue en fonction des plus petits luminaires que j'ai choisis en remplacement. Mais NON, j’ai du payer le prix de 3 gros luminaires + 25 % pour recevoir au final 3 petits luminaires! Ça fait vite cher...
Au delà du prix, c'est surtout le manque d'égard de la Présidente-fondatrice qui m'a choquée. Quand j'ai tenté de comprendre pourquoi je payais deux fois pour mon erreur, elle m’a reviré de bord plus d’une fois. Elle a même demandé à son adjointe de me faire croire que j'ai acheté du custom alors que le modèle que j'avais commandé était absolument standard. Bref, manque de respect flagrant. Mais bon peut-être que les designers et commandes corpo reçoivent un autre service...
Malgré une produit de qualité, fabriqué localement, je ne recommande pas de faire affaire avec Luminaires Tungstène.
 Be careful with the order ... the slightest mistake will cost you dearly since the company does not follow its return policy as described on its website. I mistakenly ordered fixtures that were way too large and followed the instructions for the exchange. By paying the 25% restocking fee, I assumed my bill would be reviewed based on the smaller fixtures I chose as a replacement. But NO, I had to pay the price of 3 large lights + 25% to end up receiving 3 small lights! It quickly becomes expensive ...
Beyond the price, it is especially the lack of consideration of the President-Founder that shocked me. When I tried to figure out why I was paying twice for my mistake, she turned me around more than once. She even asked her assistant to make me believe that I bought custom when the model I ordered was absolutely standard. In short, blatant disrespect. But maybe the designers and corporate orders receive another service ...
Despite a quality product, manufactured locally, I do not recommend doing business with Luminaires Tungstène.

Great service. We love our lights. We were initially hesitant about the size and we were able to go see the formats at the factory to confirm our choice. It's tailor-made, we were able to choose every little detail of our lights!

Donnent vraiment un magnifique look design, différent de ce qu'on peut trouver en grande surface. Ça vaut vraiment la peine. Très bon service à la clientèle, cordial et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Superb! Our designer had referred us to this place for the choice of our lighting fixtures for our major renovations. We are completely satisfied. Superb lamps. Really give a beautiful design look, different from what you can find in supermarkets. It's really worth the effort. Very good customer service, cordial and attentive to our needs. Thanks Tungsten!

Pour notre projet d'auto-construction, nous voulions faire affaire avec des entreprises locales qui font des produits de qualité et de bons goûts. Nous avons aimé leur élégance, leur qualité ainsi que les multitudes d'options de couleurs disponibles (lustré ou mat, coloré ou pas!). Nos choix se sont arrêtés sur le modèle Foucault en érable pour la chambre à coucher, l'Eleanor pour l'extérieur de la maison et le Copernic pour la cuisine. Sans hésiter je recommanderais les luminaires de Tungstène! Merci à leur généreuse équipe!
Choosing the right light is a science in itself. For our self-build project, we wanted to do business with local companies that make quality products with good taste. We liked their elegance, their quality as well as the multitude of color options available (gloss or matte, colored or not!). Our choices fell on the Foucault model in maple for the bedroom, the Eleanor for the exterior of the house and the Copernic for the kitchen. Without hesitation I would recommend Tungsten luminaires! Thanks to their generous team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered and received 3 beautiful Tungstene pendant lights. When installed, one of the pendant lights did not work, it tripped the breaker. After removing the light and using a volt meter we found a problem with the wiring. Upon further investigation by disassembling the light fixture it was found the wires had not been attached to the light socket but were touching each other. My reason for doing a Google review is to share a disappointing experience with this company. When advised of the issue of the light fixture not being assembled correctly the company responded by email “We can assure you our control quality department checked the lights twice as usual.” Unfortunately we did not take a photo of the inside of the fixture when we discovered the issue. We only wanted the company to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. I didn’t appreciate being told it had passed control quality twice yet when we received the light it did not work.

Contacted Tungstene and they picked the lamp up very expediently.
We had the lamp back in less then a week and it looks gorgeous and works.
Very impressed how they dealt with our problem and rectified it so quickly..
