We have been very pleased with the service we have received and the prices are always very good. On one of out cruises I became ill and had to leave the cruise after six or so days. When I contacted Cruise Vacations they immediately did all they could to help. They booked a hotel room in Honolulu close to the airport and arranged a flight home the next morning at a good price and were very helpful in assisting me to recover the remainder of the money for the cruise through my cancellation insurance. We were more than pleased with their service.
