★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super awesome gym - great coaches and its very well managed! Classes are always on schedule and theres always modifications for injuries or various fitness levels. The coaches will work with you to meet goals, improve your lifestyle or simply become more active! The sense of community at this gym is next level. I love coming here, im so glad i joined and I recommend that everyone come try it out, cuz you'll love it, no matter your fitness level or ability!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crossfit South Surrey is fantastic. If you've ever been intimidated by crossfit or have had injuries and are not sure if you can handle it, you should go in and see Carolyn. I have a bad knee and have limited mobility in both my shoulders. I was able to rehab through personal training sessions and then jumped right into the crossfit classes. I gained mobility, got in better shape and learned how to rehab my injuries on my own. Also, the place is locally owned and has been open for several years. The place is run with integrity and honesty. The coaches really care and are so helpful if you're new to it. All the members are super friendly and very welcoming. From what I can tell, most are long time members and you can tell. Thanks Carolyn and all the coaches!

Carolyn treats her clients and coaches like family - she is invested in all of her member's fitness goals as well as getting to know them as people. One of the most notable things I like about Crossfit South Surrey is how welcoming and encouraging everyone is, regardless of your skill level. I can't recommend Crossfit South Surrey enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crossfit South Surrey is one of the most incredible facilities in town! The teamwork, camaraderie, and support between members and trainers is phenomenal. Carolyn has been an encourager, motivator, and passionate leader in my 3 and a half years working and participating in her gym. She truly cares about building an environment based on teamwork and respect for one another. Each of the trainers and coaches here have done outstanding work looking after all of my referrals, family, & friends who attend. I can't thank this team enough for making me feel part of something special!
