★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Coaches are extremely knowledgeable, professional and very approachable. Even if some of the classes are full and it feels like they aren't able to find the time to provide feedback be it positive or constructive they always seem to find the time.
Its not just a gym, its a community thats very supportive of everyone.
The friends I have made here, have become family to my wife and I and we couldn't dream of going to another venue to participate in Cross Fit.

From the beginner to the most experienced CrossFitter they will help you to reach your next goals. The classes are well thought out with good explanation and with the proper scaling if needed. Also the community of fellow athletes is incredibly supportive and fun.
Joined 2 years ago and it’s been the best thing have done for my fitness and overall well being.

I have been incredibly happy with my decision and the community I found at CrossFit LifeTree. The supportive environment coupled with amazing coaching makes this gym very special. You are always encouraged to push your limits but also asked daily how you are feeling and if you require modifications. The knowledge of the CrossFit standard movements, from every coach, is impressive and you can clearly see how passionate they are about their job. Lastly, joining a gym during a pandemic has been interesting. The management team guided us through these difficult times with honesty, transparancy and true care for each member. They deserve a gold medal! Very glad to have found CrossFit LifeTree as my new fitness home! -Lisa

The gym promotes a sense of community and is very welcoming to those , like myself , who visits from out of province throughout the year. Coaches willingly modify workouts to “ meet you where you’re at” in your fitness level and abilities. Demonstration of skills before the workout are very helpful especially those new to CrossFit. Workouts are always fun and really challenge you to meet your fitness goals. I look forward to each of my visits.
