★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to go for working out at anytime. Unfortunately the staff is were this location is lacking. Poor communication, lack of respect, and overall poor customer service. With other members being banned for not wearing a mask while drinking water. Alongside not giving a warning before that ban(written in contract) it gives an unsettling feeling on how they treat their customers. Also keep in mind that the company is a money grab and makes every effort to squeeze every penny out they can. So before you sign ensure you are committed and not going to cancel halfway thru. A better option would be the Sidney location or somewhere in Victoria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't think I would be so comfortable coming to the gym until I came here about over a year ago for training sessions! Really grateful for all the amazing staff and for my trainer, Courtney! This lovely, amazing lady motivates me to be my best and has helped me reach goals that I didn't think I could ever accomplish! She pushes me to the limit and I love it! Would not be as confident overall if it wasn't for her and for coming here to train week to week! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide open space, very clean & staff is friendly. 24hrs is of course the huge bonus. Being able to shower in your own space and store belongings securely is very nice as well. It would be cool to see some more interesting machines like the hack squat they brought in, but I'm just being picky really. Good gym!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They emailed me a survey a while back to which I quite directly pointed out some issues that were lacking or needing improvement. To my surprise, they took it quite seriously and within a two week period fixed everything I mentioned in the survey. Good Job Anytime!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the facility but they need to be more flexible with their membership plans. As a Canadian snow bird just coming here for the winter, a month to month plan without a long term commitment would be nice. Parking can be a bit of an issue during the day.
