โ โ โ โ โ More proof of how a big company does not need good customer service to stay in business. Wait times to get any products are ridiculous and you are never given accurate eta's, pretty frustrating when you need to schedule installs

โ โ โ โ โ Got sent the wrong color and my contractor is getting nothing but, the run around after ordering the right color. He also said, he's had issues and will no longer order from you - let's get this fixed asap....it's been over a year and he is getting no where with you.

โ โ โ โ โ As a 20 year customer of CRL my two most recent deals were my last. They shorted me on product and when I figured it out, after many conversations I ended up having to purchase the missing products again. When I needed the additional pieces that I was shorted, they were out of stock, and they needed to be shipped from Calgary which also cost me an extra $100. I added two lengths of SS tubing for the handrail and they charged over $100 each above what I could have bought them from anywhere right off the street. When I called them on it, they just laughed and said I should have asked for a quote. This all made me feel that they knew they were ripping me off and simply through it back in my face.
After 20 years I've moved onto Hi-tech glazing. Better pricing and much more friendly service. I guess good customers who pay their bills are easy to dispose of.
