A company who does not respect a candidate’s time will not respect their employee or customer’s time.
I applied for one of the positions they had on indeed and their HR generalist contacted me for an interview within hours. We set up a time for a phone interview on the next day, BUT I DID NOT receive any calls at the appointment time. I even followed up with a phone call and an email but she did not reply at all and left me hanging. Why don’t you just cancel the interview if you cannot make it? You should really learn to respect other people’s time. Such an unorganized, rude, and unprofessional company.
非常不專業、無理、缺德的公司！
一個連應試者的時間都學不會尊重的公司，又豈能尊重員工及顧客的時間呢？
我在他們公司申請某個職位，履歷表遞上去沒幾個小時，他們的HR generalist就聯繫我面試。我們約好隔天的某個時間電話面試，然而當天她放我鴿子，完全沒有打給我。我有致電他們公司詢問，也有發email給她，她一律完全不回，就讓我這樣傻等。
請問 如果你無法面試我了，跟我取消很難嗎？面試是妳主動約我的，時間也是妳定的，你卻放我鴿子？學會尊重別人的時間很難嗎？真是無理、不專業的公司。

Very unprofessional, unreasonable and unethical company!
How can a company that respects the time of test takers not respect the time of employees and customers?
I applied for a position in their company, and within a few hours of submitting my resume, their HR generalist contacted me for an interview. We made an appointment for a phone interview at a certain time the next day, but she put me pigeons that day and didn't call me at all. I called their company for inquiries, and emailed her, and she never returned, leaving me so stupid.
Excuse me, if you can’t interview me, is it difficult to cancel with me? You interviewed me for the interview, the time is also yours, but you let me do pigeons? Is it difficult to learn to respect the time of others? Really unreasonable and unprofessional company.
