★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived at this apartment twice in my life, once as a young child with my father, and once for a two year "stint" from 2012-2014. As a young child this place was great, the staff was courteous, and they took care of any issues presented, my father never had any complaints.
Living there now it's clear York Holding has completely dropped the ball on this place. The janitor throws garbage into the trees behind the building (INCLUDING AN AC UNIT!), graffiti lines the walls, un- recognizable substances fill the corners of stair wells. Problems with electrical, and maintenance. They don't even ensure all the lights and fire extinguishers are placed!
Worse they do not even fix things within the units, I had problems with my floors, and with the kitchen units and even after a year and a half of constant reminders they did not take the time to fix them.
Stay away, go to the marina, or place riviera, these guys will just take your money, and take no responsibilities.
