Horrible place to live. The Condo board has horribly mismanaged the building. They love to harass tenants more than to accommodate. Parkafe was also supposed to be secure but has been broken into multiple times in the last few months.

Horrible place to live. DO NOT BUY this property. They will find ways to fine you for everything. Trudy Chapman is the building manager and is beyond neurotic, and has a superiority complex. Apparently Pets are aloud on the property as it is pet friendly. My boyfriend owns his own house in Ravenswood, but Trudy threatens to fine me $50/ day my boyfriend visits with his dog. In fact she changed the entire pet policy due to this. Trudy Chapman harasses my landlord. Makes up blatant lies about the maintenance man talking to me. Says i didn't pick up after my dog, and the maitenence man approached me. Which is completely fabricated and false, and never happened. I habitually pick up after my dog, yet Trudy calls my landlord and tells him i don't which is completely false. Trudy invades your privacy. She showed my landlord photos of me in the entrance with my boyfriend, he brings his dog everywhere with him, even to work. Trudy GLUES notices on your car if its parked in visiter. where the glue and paper wont come off his brand new vehicle. I advise not to rent here or Definitely do not buy these condos. My neighbours agreed it is like living in a prison camp.CANT WAIT TO MOVE!!! Oh Yeah its 100$ moving fee non-refundable :) Best 100$ i will ever spend.

*** BEWARE *** The Management is horrible. By far the most regrettable Investment we’ve made. The β€œcurrent” Property Manager is unintelligent, unqualified person. She enjoys picking fights with residents, trades, etc instead of doing her job. Bylaws and Policies only apply to certain people as she see’s fit. Bylaws that should be followed for safety reasons are IGNORED. This is extremely dangerous. I wish City of Airdrie did spot checks to verify. The current Property Manager was actually a board member that fired the previous Property Manager and took over his position. No experience nor the ambition to better the property. I’ve asked for her cred’s, however will not fulfill my request. The inexperience and ignorance has resulted in sky high condo fees that continue to rise year over year. The elected board of directors do not respond to multiple attempts to resolve ongoing concerns. The Board is supposed to work on behalf of the residents. They are owners and seem to be blind to the mounting concerns. I’ve been trying to resolve multiple concerns without resolution. The Property Manager only does jobs that involve sitting at her desk. A real big shot behind the keys of the computer. When faced with real conversations, she twists them, adds her own spin and refuses to speak. No property checks are conducted (again, unless you are on the harass list). She sent an email to me personally stating it was not her job to check the Property. IMAGINE! The Property Manager’s job description does not include checking the property? Seems odd now doesn’t it. If you would like to live in an environment where pettiness is encouraged and overrun by renters (no offence to the great renters) than this is your place. Don’t be fooled by the Five Star reviews. They had to have been paid off like what Fiander Marr (previous account firm for Creekside) used to do. They’d buy gift cards for 5 Star reviews. I usually tend to only give 5 star reviews to companies that are truly amazing, however in this instance, it is warranted. I would love to sell, however the state of the Property is horrid and property values have went down considerably since we purchased in 2015. With our upgrades, we priced ourselves out of the market. Too bad as our space is quite nice. All in all, we need an experience Property Management Company to run a Property this size. One that will follow the bylaws, policies and make the correct decisions as well as negotiate proper contracts and prices to keep fees down. If only the board of directors noticed this. I suppose since they are only β€œvolunteers” that they are not paid to think.

This place is Brutal, there's tow trucks trolling the parking lot every night. The parking spots are so small that if you own a small truck your going to scratch two doors when you get out and good luck carrying anything out. We are pretty sure property management is automated cause all issues get solved with mass emails and no follow up. The walls, ceiling and floors provide no sound barrier from neighbours. I'd steer clear of this dump or bring an extra pair of shoes cause someone probably threw up in the elevator again, and for the love of God is you want to have visitors don't let them park in the lot. You have to go pick them up cause the tow truck will charge them $300 when your not looking. Creekside Airdrie 's first ghetto and most likely future low income housing.

One of the worst places to live. We we're planning on a buying an apartment here but decided we'd rent first. After only a few months I can't stand living here even though it's meant to be a smoke free building there are Tons of people in the buildings smoking all kinds of drugs. And the worst part about it is the smell almost never goes away. However on the bright side it's close to the center of town.

Awesome place to live. We bought a brand new condo here in 2013 in the 8000 building and have incredible neighbors. Pet friendly which is great and we never hear any noise from surrounding units. Walking distance to everything you will ever need in downtown Airdrie and lots of parks nearby for the little ones. Very peaceful neighborhood and lots of parking for visitors in both the lots and the street.

Thee absolute worst management. Their security patrols the parking lots calling their bestfriend ATR towing and towing everyone in its path. The amount of visitors and neighbours that I know of that have been towed for disgusting reasons. Even towed my tenants car from the underground because they didnt recognize the vehicle. Something needs to be done about the change in management. What a toxic place

Yikes. If you can avoid renting or buying here, do so. The Property Manager is a complete and utter NIGHTMARE to deal with. She goes out of her way to make your life difficult. Once you are on her radar she will hound you until you can't stand it anymore. She is rude and has a major complex about having the little bit of power she does. (Fines, threats, harassment, eyes on you at all times, lies, and complete fabrications to get her way ). Someone get her out of here for the love of God!!!!! Also they'd rather wake up residents at 4 am on a Monday by towing away a vehicle in an empty LOT rather than just leave it be. Security patrols the lot every hour. Honks at people to move rather than get out and speak to them, has cars towed at all hours of the night. Really lovely peaceful environment, NOT!!!!
