Notice sent was not properly filed or submitted and most be sent through a process as of September 2021. There are no false accusations or defamation.
Your client is also giving an illegal notice, please do your background research, it is your responsibility as a lawyer to stay up to date with all of the current laws.
I'm sure you are aware of the term "bad faith". If you wish to communicate this way then so be.
