★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be cautious about all charges put on you. These people are such a rip off.
I personaly have not been to this place. But, I am commenting based on 3 different incidents happened at this place to my family members. I should have commented 3 years ago. But, I didn't.
3 years ago, my husband bought a business and went to Nava Law and had an initial talk with someone..he felt that legal cost was a bit too much (10k) . So, he decided to go somewhere else. To our surprise, that lawyer charged less than 5k...our bad luck, he is now retired.
Another time, my brother went to this place to buy house. His house agent gave this lawyer. I didn't know he went this lawyer..I warned my brother...but, it was too late though. He was over charged and their calculation was wrong...they had mortgage amount more...when my brother asked, they didn't even say sorry..they just wrote a cheque back with 15k cheque.
Another time, recently my brother said my cousin also had exact same calculation issue which is why i come here and comment about this law office. When my cousin pointed ou their calculation error, these people said...oh yea..forgot to give you. we already have cheque for you....I feel like something fishy happening at this place. I can't believe that all these people give positive feedback about this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I approached Nava Wilson LLP for legal services related to a property purchase recently.
The closing was uneventful and the team was crisp, to the point and thorough through the course of the transaction. They knew exactly what needed to be done, at what time and what to advise their clients. As the file moved amongst the legal advisor, the law clerk and the receptionist - each one had a clear understanding of their role and when approached, they spoke from a place of clarity - which made for a pleasant experience on what could otherwise be a stressful procedure of going back and forth.
Kubes and his leaders built a well oiled team evident from how they functioned - absolutely walk in the park with 100% no contact closing process.
Very similar experience from 2 of my friends who I referred here tells me the Nava Wilson team extend this absolutely meticulous and professional service to every single client of theirs.
5-stars !!

He took his time to explain to me page by page about the documents I received from the seller to answer all of my concerns about those documents. The closing went smoothly and on point with all of the documents that had to be signed. Thank you once again on doing a great job. I would highly recommend Sutharsan Vasanthan and his firm.

When a family member's bank overlooked to release the funds for their home in a timely manner, Nava's team spoke with the opposite party to keep them informed, and ensured the home closed the next day, even though they were not at fault. Lastly, the common incident my circle brings up is the occurrence when our friend was a victim of mortgage fraud and couldn't close the sale of his home. Nava and team stepped in and ran with case and brought the case to resolution. Thank You
