S	Sibling Adventures on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY Disappointed. We have eaten here lots - unfortunately our meal last month is less than appealing. The prime rib dinner look like a day old. Pretty gross. Check picture. Meat tasted steamed and heated up, was also missing the yorkshire pudding. The pop was sent back as it was really watery. Waitress came back to say that they run out of the syrup for the pop machine. ha. Service was extremely slow (there was only 3 families eating at the time). For the amount we paid, the meal was a bit of a joke. Before covid food was prime here and so was service. I hope they shape up soon.

We were seated.waitress came gave us water &coffee too our order& that was the last we seen of her.A male waiter gave us our food,another female waitress gave us more water &coffee as we asked her as she was serving another table.We had to ask the lady at the till for our bill.

We sat for a while before finally being directed to the buffet. When the bill came they added 18% because of the “ holidays” when I said something about it to the manager she replied “ yah thanks for the feedback” my bill came to $167 for 4 .. do not eat here

The prime rib dinner was missing the yorkshire pudding, the meat looked liked it was steamed, and very unappealing. Such a disappointment. The service was extremely slow considering that there was only 2 family dining on a saturday night.
Q	Queen Trish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and food were amazing! I had the organic wild salmon with Greek salad and tasted awesome. Bonus was it’s not busy! Their cream brûlée is highly recommended! They have prime rib specials on weekends and everything else were just fantastic! If I’ll stay at Banff Park Lodge again, I will for sure have my meals here.
