We are excited to announce that Alberta Dentists are permitted to return to a full provision of services as of May 14/2020. These oral healthcare services are included in Stage 1 of the Alberta relaunch strategy. Infection control has always been a top priority for our patients and staff, and have changed our booking procedures to include: pre-screening, contactless temperature taken upon arrival of appointment, hand sanitizer upon entrance to our clinic, patient consent form, staggered appointments to allow for physical distancing, no magazines and children’s toys in the waiting room, 1% hydrogen peroxide rinse prior to treatment, enhanced PPE when necessary including KN95 masks, gowns and face shields. We are here to keep you healthy and safe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this place!!! I have 100% coverage for dental, but they ended up charging me way too much and I had to pay it out of my own pocket for a regular cleaning. The hygienist was watching hockey game while cleaning my teeth and constantly asking me how I think about the game. I don't care! I couldn't even talk with the tools in my mouth, lady! Not to mention her skills sucks. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been a patient at this dental office for years and have always received excellent service and care. My husband had been coming here as well.
Unfortunately, due to work circumstances, I had to reschedule an appointment 3 times as I was unable to leave work early. Each of the times I had called with 2+ days notice. The 3rd time I called to reschedule, the office would not take my calls and would not return my messages. I found this level of treatment very juvenile and unprofessional. When dealing with patients that work full time, I would expect a level of understanding as situations come up and appointments do need to be rescheduled.

From explaining what needs to be done to making myself comfortable (as I hate any type of dental work done) to the work done itself iv never had a complaint.!
