★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing place to have a picnic an enjoy the scenery and fresh air. 80 years ago this land used to be mined of its peatmoss. You can still see the grid lines from an aerial view nowadays. Lots of different flowers and small wildlife to see with placards for each along the walk. The section of walkway beyond the lookout was added in the last couple years and is a great addition. Please add more! We love spending time out here.
