★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took in a laptop that my grandson had found at a local park in hopes that they would be able to track down the owner. After fighting with it for over 15 minutes just to get the damn thing to boot up, the gentleman there was able to find the owner’s location thru a photo on the hard drive! Went above and beyond, thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seemed like a great option. Dropped an Xbox off and was told by the owner that they have a guy at the other location who is a “whiz with these things” and that turn around time was really fast. I was hoping to have it back the following week for my sons bday and thought this was an unreasonable request BUT Mike assured me that the turn around was real fast and there was a good chance it would be ready. (All of these promises before even diagnosing)
A week passed and I had heard nothing so I called for an update and two people I spoke with were confused until finally someone said they were ordering a part to diagnose the Xbox. Ok fine. Another couple days pass and I hear nothing. I called again and just asked if the part had arrived and the guy said yes they were working on it. I called again today to be told “sorry unrepairable”
1. A whole lot of empty lies to get my business.
2. Zero follow up from staff... each interaction was a result of me phoning them for info.
3. If Xbox repairs are common and they have a “whiz” then why did they not even have the proper diagnostic equipment in either Abbotsford locations?
4. When was someone actually going to call me with the conclusion?
5. Poor customer service. Poor outcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with my phone and went here because it was close. After my phone was fixed I am incredibly glad I live so close to such a professional and knowledgeable tech store. Mike fixed my phone right away and didn't even charge me. I absolutely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly helpful service! If anyone reading this review is thinking of doing a DIY kit to save some money, just save yourself some time and go straight here. The prices are better than two other places I called and they don't use cheap knock off parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! Brought in a laptop cord that had a broken piece of another cord jammed inside. Mike was awesome and even sacrificed a pair of his own plyers to extract the piece of cord. Took no more than 10 minutes and my cord is back to perfect working condition. Definitely recommend Mike and Crackers for any tech problems, no matter how obscure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with Crackerz- would highly recommend. Mike helped me diagnose the problem with my phone and fixed/changed the battery on the spot. He also cleaned the charging port and made that work like new again, Took approx 25 mins total!
Mike also helped me find the right cord to pair my PlayStation with my controller.
I will be back here anytime I have phone/console issues.

We got off to a good start when he diagnosed my dead laptop on a weekend, on very short notice, and he had me back up and running in time to use it for work on Monday. I've had to contact him twice since, and found that he has the rare ability to understand what it is I'm asking, and he communicates incredibly well to provide phone support. After previous experiences of frustration and futility with other computer repair companies, I'm grateful to find someone who is now my 'go to guy' for any of our service/repair needs. Five stars plus!
