Teachers and supervisor are amazing. The teachers are caring, warm and responsible.The center is always clean, they care about extra activities for the kids and offer nutritious food. Every time I contacted the supervisor she returned my calls or replied to my messages. I strongly recommend Cozy Time. Thank you Cozy Time (we miss you)

The supervising team, teachers and support staff are all amazing people who strive to provide the children with exciting activities, healthy menus and a safe environment to learn and grow. Their professionalism and commitment to training and staying up to date is unmatched. My son is happy, healthy and well taken care of every day. He is excited about going and I fully credit his blossoming to the staff at Cozy Time. Cannot say enough good things! New review (2019) This is our 3rd year at Cozy Time and I can honestly say that our experience has gotten even better. The administrative staff, led by Betty, is phenomenal and the teaching staff remains extremely kind, attentive and professional. They are communicative, responsive and the definition of responsible. The curriculum is engaging as they often plan and provide the children with many activities (Splash Day, Sports with Jay, JStixx) and with meticulously planned day trips that excite the kids. The building itself is very clean and lots of care and consideration is put into the menu plans, which, as any parent would agree with, is extremely important. CozyTime is a little utopia of learning, happiness and fun and I feel very lucky that we are able to have a spot for my son in this facility. Cannot say enough good things!!

The staff is fantastic, teachers are passionate and caring. They even had a cute nickname for him within days which made it feel like he was with family. He always comes home with new skills or knowledge (the other day he asked to go to Egypt to see the pyramids) I’m beyond impressed with this place. Their COVID protocols were fantastic and I was never concerned with sending him during this pandemic, I knew they were taking all the steps to keep everyone safe. Thank you everyone at Cozy Time!

He can already read phonics, write numbers and alphabets and not only his academic improvement but he had lots of great experience at Cozy Time such as field trips, karate class and Chrsitmas concert. Cozy Time office managers are responsive and organized, and teachers are friendly, caring and professional. The facility and outdoor playarea are clean. We sent our kid back to Cozy when the centre reopened after Covid19 lockdown trusting that he is in good hands. They strictly followed the health and safety protocols and have been managing the centre well since its reopening without any case. They don’t use apps however teachers update you at the end of each day and you get to photos on dropbox, also you can always ask for update or call and I got more mid day update especially for my second son who is an infant. They are clean, reliable, follow Montessory based learning and my kids really enjoyed time at Cozy and learned a lot! Highly recommend :)

They have a very strong management team and a group of really nice, caring, and skillful teachers who did an exceptional job of looking after our kid. Our kid went there for 1 full year and they helped him prepare really well for JK. He is now able to easily spell 3 / 4 letter words, do simple math addition problems, and has become really good at colouring. Our kid ended up making very good relationships with other kids and the staff there. We will highly recommend them to our group of friends.

Isay the manager is very professional and responsive, Ms. Alivia and Ms. Felicia from infant group are amazing, so caring and loving. The place is clean looks well maintained and the smell of fresh meals every morning just unbelievable. Highly recommended

The management is really excellent especially during the pandemic. The teachers are super super fabulous. My daughter was well taken care of and there were a lot of activities! My daughter grew a lot and was very excited to go to school everyday! Clothes always clean, never buttock, totally different from the experience of my son in another daycare! In a word, best ever!
