The staff were knowledgeable, and their website showed what runners they had in the store, as opposed to other local businesses in which "in stock" means they can order it for you. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking in the general direction of the Cowichan Valley Running store, and I saw this Moonscape. The moon was setting rapidly, and I came close to missing the shot.
Good job I wasn’t running at the time.
I wonder if runners miss things because they run? Can someone tell me?
