★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été entièrement déçu de cette entreprise, service négligeable! J'ai attendu 1 mois avant qu'il vienne réparer mes électros... Les pièces devaient prendre 5-10 jours puis après plus de 2 semaines , j'ai appelé pour faire un suivie. Il m'ont expliqué que les fournisseurs avaient perdues ma commande et qu'il devrait le recevoir entre 24-48, près de une semaine plus tard sans nouvelle , j'appelle de nouveau puis me dise qu'il vont vérifier car il ne trouve rien, sans appel de retour je rappelle encore puis m'informe qu'il n'ont absolument rien! Le technicien se présente le lendemain manquant de remettre en place mon tuyau d'échappement de ma laveuse ! La moitié de mon appartement était recouvert d'eau! Fâchée , exténuée, je l'ai rappelle puis il me lance comme commentaire qu'il sont trop occupé! Mais j'ai réussi à tout de même négocier leur déplacement car je ne suis entièrement pas satisfaite! Vérifier bien car même s'il sorte en premier sur la recherche internet , ils ne sont pas nécessairement compétant! Je ne réfère aucunement cette entreprise pour ma part!

The technician comes the day after failing to replace my exhaust pipe of my washer! Half of my apartment was covered with water! Angry, exhausted, I remember then he throws me comment as he is too busy! But I managed to still negotiate their movement because I am not fully satisfied! Check well because even if he so first search on the Internet, they are not necessarily competent! I have no business referring to me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je tiens à remercier Couture Electro, un service plus que professionnel. Je demande à la dame de la réception de me vendre un thermo fuse pour la sécheuse le vendredi, mais j'ai réalisé que la fuse d'origine fonctionnait bien. C'était plutôt le thermostat qui avait sauté donc le samedi, le lendemain, j'ai téléphoné cette même dame Chez Couture Électro qui s'est ensuite déplacée pour moi de chez elle au bureau et pour ensuite venir me porter chez moi la bonne pièce.
Je recommande fortement Couture Électro, on ne voit pas ce genre d'attention souvent...
Bravo pour ce service exceptionnel et merci !
I would like to thank Couture Electro, a more than professional service. I ask the lady at the front desk to sell me a thermo fuse for the dryer on Friday, but I realized the original fuse was working fine. It was rather the thermostat that had jumped so on Saturday, the next day, I phoned the same lady at Chez Couture Électro who then came for me from her home to the office and then came to bring me the right part. .
I highly recommend Couture Électro, we don't see this kind of attention often ...
Well done for this exceptional service and thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je cherchais du support en urgence pour réparer mon réfrigérateur. La réceptionniste et leurs techniciens m'ont aidé à dépanner mon problème. La pièce pour réparer mon réfrigérateur était disponible et j'ai pu le réparer moi-même. Un très gros pouce en l'air et un énorme merci de m'avoir aidé aussi rapidement. Tout fonctionne bien!
I was looking for emergency support to repair my refrigerator. The receptionist and their technicians helped me troubleshoot my problem. The part to fix my fridge was available and I was able to fix it myself. A really big thumbs up and a huge thank you for helping me so quickly. Everything works well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vous avez une Samsung n’appelez pas cette compagnie… deux mois plus tard la mauvaise pièce avec la mauvaise couleur arrive. Donc au final on a compris qu’on serait mieux d’appeler un autre réparateur.
If you have a Samsung don't call that company ... two months later the wrong part with the wrong color comes in. So in the end we understood that it would be better to call another repairman.

La personne nous a appelé trois fois pour s'excuser et remettre à plus tard le rendez-vous mais ne s'est finalement jamais présenté. Par la suite, aucun suivi, rien, silence radio. Par chance, ce n'était pas une urgence. Pas fort...
