A	Anna Frost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a tractor in 2019 from Country Tractor. Prices were competitive and they didn’t write me off because I was a woman. I am slightly disappointed in the customer service since. They kind of dropped us like a hot potato after the fact. I haven’t heard from the dealership at all asking if I need anything, how we like the tractor. Nothing in the overall experience of buying the tractor would motivate us to buy another piece of equipment from Country Tractor. We paid for the tractor and haven’t heard from them since unless we contact them with a problem or for parts. We were also told the grapple on our tractor was used but in great shape and had to rebuild the entire thing on arrival. It was also disappointing to spend a large amount of money and not even be offered a ball cap. Getting just a quote from Prariecoast, we are contacted a couple times a year with a check in and asking if we need anything. That being said, parts and filters ship extremely fast which is appreciated.
m	mark humm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service department is awful. Took me about 4 emails and 6 or 7 phone calls to finally get my warrantied parts for my machine ordered. Then when it came to getting them to replace a couple parts they played ring around the Rosie and never came when they said they were. Again, called them 4 times. Definitely don't recommend them at all.
