★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They responded promptly to my initial inquiry, communicated clearly regarding pricing and pick-up and drop-off times, they quickly stripped the 10 sets of 1" venetian blinds off our windows, and returned them 24 hours later spotless. The blinds were absolutely filthy from the people who lived in the house before us - grease caked the kitchen blinds, the bedrooms had mud splatters, and everything had a thick coating of dust and grime - we weren't optimistic about what would happen with cleaning, but thought it was worth a try. They were all clean when they came back! One of the blinds was missing the twisting wand but it magically reappeared when replaced in our home. Highly recommend Advanced Blind Cleaning.
