★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the worst liquor store in the valley. This is probably the 50th time thinking it, first time saying anything. You might as well open for five minutes a day, and you know I would pay 2 times the price of anywhere in Canmore if you were EVER open . I'd say for a person walking up to support the local business, and owner, (that I love) and having the door locked, over and over and over. Dont Waste your time going there, it will be closed anyway. Dont let the fact that it's closer count, it doesn't matter . By the time you go there and have to go somewhere else you will have saved 2 hours. Oh, and did I say anything about the appalling prices, opps it may have slipped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're in the midst of the a global-health crisis and the omicron wave; I wish the employees at this store wore masks as mandated by current health regulations. The fellow behind the counter did not stay behind the plexi-glass and walked so close to us (it's a small store!) to make recommendations – all while not wearing a mask. This made me very uncomfortable since I was with my immunocompromised friend. I don't like wearing a mask either but do it because I want the pandemic to end and trust the guidelines of doctors and epidemiologists who have spent the better part of their lives studying these issues. Definitely taking my business to the bigger liquor stores where all employees where masks. When the pandemic ends I'll reconsider returning.
Edit: Thank you for the response. If that is the case then I believe it is paramount that the staff member remain behind the plexiglass at all times; also, there was another customer who entered/left/entered again without a mask and I believe that person should have been offered a mask or asked to leave.
