The actors were absolutely amazing and in sync with eachother, they told stories and interacted while you walked through making the experience beyond engaging. The way they have the houses set up for the Christmas haunts was unbelievable. The creativity and the care radiates through both houses.
A	Ads on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty spooctacular dope experience! Iv been to PNE Fright Nights and the Hanuter Corn Maze as well as this place, they all have a unique experience and comparison of pro's and con's. We lined up for around 45 minute wait on a Saturday night early-October at 7pm and the experience was in total about 20 minutes at an average pace. Waiting can be frustrating, but you can jam to some old school beats and they have dressed up characters walking around, interacting & spooking people out etc. It also is worth it as they do this to do well at separating groups to ensure you get the full experience and not feel like your following some random in front of you. During the entire experience, we did not see any other groups which was nice. There are two haunted houses in total which are both indoor and under shelter, I preferred the second house which is a horror hotel theme. I do love the effort and thought that is put into the aestherics and logistics down to the smallest detail, you can tell a lot of pride and precision has been put in from the event organizers. Both houses also offer a solid mix of different frights, themes and spooks without being too repetitive. The actors are fun, talented and try to make sure you enjoy this as much as possible. Also hilarious, there's a chicken-out counter legit, for people who don't make it through. Don't be chicken!

I enjoyed that they were one after the other so we didn’t have to stand in line again. The haunted houses were really well set up! My friends and I had a blast and looking forward to coming again next year!
L	Liane Lowden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We attended their Xmas of Chaos event this year. Such a fun & unique way to enjoy the holidays. You can see Christmas lights anywhere. This was such a great spin on everything Christmas. I may never think of Santa & his elves the same way again! It's evident how much pride is taken into creating such an impressive guest experience. Unlike typical haunted houses, this one took you on a journey of several rooms with creepy things behind every corner. The actors & animatronics were amazing not to mention some of the surprising elements of movement. Looking forward to seeing what they bring to the next holiday to blast stereotypes & tradition out the window!

As the staff said, it’s like Christmas threw up in there! It was awesome and all the staff are extremely friendly. We are thrilled to have gone during their opening weekend and hope they do continue to do this yearly.

I love how much effort went into making this experience just so fantastic, I cannot believe there is not longer lines for this. Thanks so much to the Cougar Creek team for my favourite Christmas experience of all time. Eat your heart out Van Dusen.

By far scarier than the Halloween one and SO well done!! 10/10 would recommend!! It was so much fun and so detailed and scary! I applaud the actors and everyone involved who got this together!! By far my favorite thing I've done this season!! I can't wait until next year!!
