I wish the Bathrooms were left unlocked and Tissue and Paper Towels was left for the Public to replace themselves if needed. I'm sure/Have no doubts that all people in the town would be considerate enough to not take it and do the minimal work to replace empty rolls if it were necessary. Correct me if I am wrong, no offense will be taken. ;). Other than that, a little more privacy for couples to enjoy a romantic evening watching the beautiful sun setting without interupting other people/couples doing the same thing lol like separaters that can be accessible for the Public to pull-out between parking spots along the wooden fence facing the lake where our sun sets beautifully. Great place/area for friends & family to gather and have a good time together without being harrassed by anyone.

Love this place, good location, picnic tables, swimming lake, always parking and always room to be in your own space. Love this place, reccomend getting water shoes or wearing old ones as the rocks do tend to cut up feet a bit.

I love stopping here, its part of my trip through Fort St. James. Located on the shores of Beautiful Stewart Lake, BC. Great place to swim and picnic. There is Camping and Food vendors in the Summer and a stage for Live entertainment on occassion. Sunsets are incredible. The Lake can get pretty mean, with care...it holds breath taking History, numerous Islands, Ancient Indiginous Rock Art along the shores. and a nostagalic view of one of British Columbias oldest Church.

Refreshing swim in the lake. Nice view to relax. Clean water and fresh air. Not much more you can ask for.
