★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Costco close to our place that’s a must place we go grocery. BUT extremely bad customer (cashier) service with Garry J #155!
1, we handed him in cash $250 in total, he refused to confirm as it, said it’s only $245. We asked for checking, he laughs at me and talked with his colleague saying we only give him $245. It’s not possible to return the extra changes.
2, he kept talking to his colleague for gossips while working, didn’t even look at my bills!
I hope Costco can take their customer service seriously at least to be honest to customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded in the evenings. Good deals .. lots of baby clothes and adult clothes … but you can’t really shop in peace feel rushed cos there is a line of people standing behind you .. you got to keep moving . The meats and seafood section is very reasonable.

Although in the past the checkout could take a while, the strategy has been updated to quickly assist a lot of customers even when there's a ton of people.
Amazing stuff.

There are many parking area available although it could be a little challenging getting a parking lot and had to wait some minutes for someone to leave the parking space to get a place. The prices are reasonable and comparable with other Costcos... Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costco Laval has its own specific. I was pleasantly surprised ? that they let me in at 20h25 (5 minutes before closing) and in store nobody started to call people to leave. I had time to find all I needed and self-service checkout helped to not stay in line. Overall, very happy ? experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is competent and helpful. Items are well stocked. It does however suffer due to its popularity and being the sole Costco in all of Laval. It gets insanely busy and parking can be a nightmare. Food court is always a mess so I always take my food to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually we had good and bad experience let me start with good Ms. Marie- eve was really helpful to find out our needed laptop and gave to us with smily face and she was very kind and helpful to us.
And now the not happy ones was the guy was at the laptop section told me that this product is out of stock and i should order online or with any other Costco but when I checked with MARIE EVE it was available and I got it…
Maybe he was alone at the section couldn’t handle the situation that’s why he may told us like that but they should also understand from customer point of view..
Therefore the management has to take care of these kind of situation not affecting the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great variety of things. You cand find technology, clothes, automotive, home stuffs, toys, books, outdoor and indoor sporting equipment, baby stuff, medicine, beauty, and a lot of food. The staff is not the friendliest in the world, but at least the make their job good enough. The have a bi-weekly flyer where you can find amazing discounts. The best thing is that all the products are high quality ?
