★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience ever today at Costco. Walked in the tire center(which had no customers at the time)at the local Costco, was looking for the price of steel wheels for the winter. I asked if the individual that worked at the tire centre could help me find information about what tires and rims I would require. His answer was " ...just look on line at Costco.ca" he had no interest in helping. Very disappointed. Days of customer service are long gone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The crew at the tire center are amazing! I had an issue with a wheel lock. Not sure if the problem was Costco caused or if it happened before we took our car in. Mike offered to fix the problem regardless because they were the last ones to do my tires. A really great customer service experience. Thank you Mike!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit of a supply issue on some tires currently, so do not wait to order tires. While I was able to get tires in the brand I wanted the selection was limited on the type.
While there was a screw up to my install, it did not impact my safety, only resulted in an additional visit. Good helpful team here and they were all good to work with.
