Never issues parking close with small children like in ancaster, not as busy and the pumps are usually free or have a short line. We have found price discrepancies between Stoney creek and ancaster but I’ll take a few mark ups for the ease of shopping in Stoney creek.

I left work early to attend a 3:00 appointment at the tire centre and dropped the car off on time, and an hour and a half later I get a phone call saying they were not going to change my tires. Apparently they don’t know how to lift a BMW. They absolutely did not care, and said if I didn’t like it to just return the tires, so I did, and will never return. I wasted over two hours and I’m still stuck on winters. Costco does not care about the customers, they have too many.
G	George Shop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A terrible experience with the pharmacy. The pharmacists are convinced in their minds that in order to do their duty, it is a great favor done to the costumer. When they receive the prescriptions from the doctors, if they are not in the mood to fill the prescriptions they are simply ignore it. Happened to me. My family doctor sent a prescription, and showed to me that went through. I call the pharmacy, and the pharmacist, argued that the prescription has not been received. After several calls miraculously, the prescription has been found. I tried to speak with the pharmacy manager, and was not available, the I tried to speak with the warehouse manager and both managers were in meeting, then I wanted to speak with both and I have been told that they are not available after 45 min of waiting . I give up. Maybe somebody from head office might be curious how COSTCO MEMBERS are treated, because we the members, still pay our membership in time..
D	Darren Carey (Darebearzzz) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Might seem like there is going to be a decent wait with the amount of people coming thru BUT the employees directing customers speeds things up a bunch. Prices are always lower than the regular gas bar. Side notes membership is required and pay at the pump only so have that credit or debit ready.
L	Lorraine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally get a great deal off gas prices no matter what, now your looking at maybe 2cents of a liter. Not worth the drive. Even if you already there we have noticed that few people are the pumps. Rated a 5 because all the employees are helpful. Government should give us a break on the high taxes we pay daily prior to these difficult time. But we really have nothing to complain about considering the devastating loss in the Ukraine.
C	Collin Collin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their tire center is terrible. I had an appointment at 12:45pm. Got here on time and then they told me that it's a 2 hours wait because they're behind. I already have tire on the rim so it should only be a 10-15min job. It is 3:18pm right now and I still waiting for my vehicle. Even though I told them that I have to leave no later than 3pm for work. The female staff that was helping me guaranteed that I'll be out of here by 3pm, obviously I'm still waiting here.

Reasons for this are: ✅ Usually gas is some cents cheaper ✅ I get reimbursed 3% with the new CIBC credit card ✅ Gasoline is Top Tier which is recommended fuel type for my car ? Don’t worry if you see a long line, usually moves pretty fast.
